Extraordinary specimen of museum value knotted in Central Anatolia. For an adequate description of the specimen, please refer to what is published on page 126 – 127 of the book written by W. Brueggemann / H. Boehmer, Teppiche der Bauern und nomaden in Anatoliene, Muenchen 1982. The specimen in question is also depicted on the cover of this publication which represents a milestone in the panorama of Anatolian production of the time. Another similar example, in fragmentary condition, is kept at the Carpet Museum in Istanbul. The specimen is published in issue 164 of the Hali magazine.
